Questions, answered

How much does Supportal cost?

Free for everyone until 1 January 2027 (no credit card). After that there are two plans: Essentials at $10/month for shifts, notes, invoices, clients and incident reports, or Complete at $20/month which adds receipt scanning, the mileage tracker, expenses and the EOFY tax summary. Both are completely tax deductible and you can cancel anytime.

How do independent NDIS support workers invoice clients?

Log your shifts and Supportal builds an NDIS-priced invoice for you — the correct support-item codes and current rates — then emails the PDF to the client in one tap.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. You get full access until 1 January 2027 with no card required. We'll only ask for payment details if you decide to continue.

Is Supportal only for sole traders?

It's built for independent sole traders first — that focus is what keeps it simple. But the notes, invoicing, expense and mileage tools work just as well if you're in a partnership or small company, or running another kind of small business that bills by the hour. If you invoice for your time, it fits.

Are the NDIS rates kept up to date?

Supportal is aligned to the NDIS price guide so your invoices use the right support items and rates. You stay in control and can adjust any line.

Is my data safe and private?

Yes. Your data is encrypted and isolated to your account with row-level security, hosted in Australia, and automatically backed up.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes — Supportal runs in any modern browser on phone, tablet and desktop, and installs like an app for quick access.

Can I cancel anytime?
